GoogleExccelent service. Jessie was wonderful in finding me a property to rent, she showed be around three properties and I was gutted that I didn't get either of the first ones but super happy with the property I just got the keys for. Third times the charm. Highly reccomend this agent for looking for somewhere to rent.

FacebookWe are having huge problem with anti social behaviour from some of their tenants in our buidling and they dont respond when we try to resolve it. They ignored our requests to find approproate tenants and now we have discourse in the building. They lead us to believe they were listening to us and they didnt, then blamed the owners rather than accepting responsibility for thier actions.

GoogleHi Sure Lettings were wonderful in how they helped me secure a property and tenancy, Jessie is superb in what she does very professional and very courteous and was able to answer any questions and queries I had. I would recommend using sure sales and lettings I'm not able to fault the level of customer service I wish other organisations were as good as sure meetings, excellent service

GoogleAbsolutely shocking and advise potential tenants to AVOID like the plague. Have video evidence of being verbally threatened and abused by Mr Frank Allen, and the landlord in question. They both ganged up on me, came to the property, forced entry and proceeded to intimidate me to the point I nearly called the police on them. This was all forwarded to higher management and given as evidence to the DPS, neither of which did anything. Then had the cheek to charge me thousands. Not even a single apology! Luckily I still have the footage so will be perusing matters once again.
