GoogleWe let out our property through sure sales & Lettings and right from the start to the date the place was let Raman has been nothing short of a star . Very professional, supportive and helpful. The property was let out to professionals as they promised and they delivered all the services as promised. Very happy and glad to have chosen sure sales & Lettings for our first time investment. Thanx sure sales &Lettings we feel we in good capable hands. ????????

GoogleThis guy who runs this place Raman is a complete joke. I am a tenant in a property he advertised. He has used images from another house! Then he has never come out to come and show anyone the house. He has simply sent random people to my house. After several people said they want the house, he continues giving people my address to keep knocking my door without any confirmation. After questioning him, he made a joke that if I want him to come and show the house to the potential new tenants that I should give him a kiss and he will come over! This man is disgusting and unprofessional. I would highly advise you to NOT use this letting agency!

GoogleI have spotted a property to let since November and contacted them around mid November. Since that time I have tried numerous times to contact their branch by phone or email but no luck... Thus I have decided to go by myself and have a look to see what's is going on by their office. I met a girl in the reception who told me that I should have an appointment to visit the office. When I challenged her for not being kind to send a reply that they had already give the property to someone else since December, (although it is still on their website), she started to say that it is not their job to reply to inquires when the house is given. Then I asked if as I have seen a similar property on the window about it and she said that this property is not available and she tried to show me another one. I said that that area is out of my interest and thanked her. Well I don't think that I will try to do business with this office again for obvious reasons....

However if property is still on the website because tenants application is still in progress. I apologise if you have been left with this experience. GoogleThey only seem to Let Properties to groups of Foreign men !!! My wife and Daughter cant even go into our back garden without being letched over , new residents arriving all hours and constant agro of them parking over my drive!!! Vile
To Stuart Firstly I apologise you have experienced this. Which property are you referring to? It does seem like a you are a neighbour of one of our property. If you have any complaint for tenants. GoogleHave used Sure Lettings for a couple of years now and feel i have had excellent service from the whole team at an affordable rate. Raman has always worked hard to keep the property rented out , and Kelly and Sonja are always on hand to answer and sort out any questions I may have ,making a great team -- Highly Recommend and would be my first port of call for a Letting service in the area.

GoogleI have known this company for a number of years and have known in particular the staff who are very personable and professional and are happy to go the extra mile for you. I have had the misfortune of dealing with a number of agents in different capacities and could not place my faith in any one other than SureLet now. Sadly there are far too many unprofessional people in this industry but the knowledge and service provided by the team are exceptional. I will always recommend the company and would urge people to utilise their services.

GoogleExtremely unprofessional. Clearly gets people to hang about promising people that they can get into a home when he has no intentions to consider them. After being the first to view and ready to pay a holding fee, the ''owner'' Raman continuously made up lies about why he was unable to take any deposit however reassuring me that everything is okay and the property is on hold for me. 5 days later simply stopped replying / answering calls AVOID GOING THROUGH THIS AGENCY.

GoogleWent to this place and was reassured heavily that we was in safe hands when choosing Sure Lettings for our property to be let. This was our first experience in letting after finally purchasing our new family home. Sadly the responsibly party Raman I believe his name was, was totally and utterly disappointing. Although he can speak for England with his charm he tried to get us to take our own photos, tried to avoid visiting the property. He simply sent people to our home and didn't attend once to show anyone the house and most disturbinly ended up letting the house to someone who wanted to grow cannabis inside!!!! This company has no regard for your property or you. Please do not make the mistake we did. Pay the extra and go to a well reputable company

GoogleFirst things First. I wish all of these reviews was presented prior to using services with this letting agency. The personal responsibile of all failures is Raman, the so called boss. This agency is unprofessional, untrustworthy and I would 100% advise AGAINST using this agent with your property. The clear sales man raman can talk the talk but is unable to walk the walk! Let a tenant leave the property leaving it completely a disaster! Told me the property is fine to release all deposits however told the tenant to come in and pay for damages! Clearly trying to pocket money? It took over 3 months to resolve my issues with this agent and its still not 100% resolved. I am out of pocket and surly RAMAN now has stopped answering any calls and texts. If you want unessacerry stress, headache and to loose money, then I advice you to use this company! Otherwise DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

GoogleCompletely unprofessional and waste of time. I looked at a property to rent which had to be shown around by the current tenant as they presumably could not be bothered to meet me in person in do what the landlords are paying them to do. I was happy to rent the property and informed of them straight away. I never heard anything else from them after confirming that I wanted to rent. I constantly had to ring/text on a weekly basis for an update. Finally the agent dealing with my case (Raman) stopped answering the phone. People in the office have no clue as to the status of the property they are meant to be renting and wouldn't call me back with an update. Eventually I was told that the property is no longer for rent and they have no idea why. Wasted a whole month of my time. Doesn't have the courtesy to at least inform me via a phone call. Would not recommend the agent to either tenant or landlords. Ohh and worst of all they wanted to charge £360 in agency fees for basically doing nothing.

GoogleWorst Agent Ever in Birmingham. -5 out of 5 Mr Raman. Very very rude. After a month of leaving the property without any dispute, full amount of deposit is not returned yet. Have to keep calling and messaging every week. When you remind, used to say 'I forgot'... since a month. Not able to remember simple thing like this or may be lying..... Will suggest to completely avoid this agent please.

GoogleSure Lettings Have let out over 20 properties for me and I have had no issues or complaints. Such a professional team and so helpful made mine and the tenants experience so smooth. Would highly recommend them, will be using and continuing to recommend to other investors. Particularly like that the director himself actually comes to greet the tenants and takes viewings himself which speaks volumes.

He told me to pay the deposit the next day as he was "snowed in with work" after that he made several excuses before he stopped answering my calls. The office hardly answer the phones. GoogleWe have used Sure lettings to rent out our properties and few of our other family members have used this agency and rent out the property locally . So far had no issue with tenants. Tenants has paid the rent in time and kept properties clean
