GoogleI found my landlord to be wonderful, a honest and kind person, However, the letting agency was nit picky, also trying to get in touch with them proved to be difficult. A company who will try to squeeze everything out of a Tennant.

GoogleFrom the start of our initial meet with Jessie we felt comfortable that she was going to do all she could to find tenants. No matter what questions we asked they were answered no matter how trivial. The office staff were also amazing and again Tessa answered all my questions which made me feel better. Thank you Sure Let we will be sure to use you again, hopefully soon

GoogleAppalling company. Use them at your peril. Do not care for tenant or landlord. Failed to inspect properly and spot serious issues. Left tenant without heating for majority of winter. When complaint filed, terminated contract to avoid dealing with issues they had caused. Worst letting agent have ever dealt with by a longshot.

We are sorry to read this review and strongly dispute several of the claims made. At all times, we acted in accordance with our contractual obligations and relevant property management standards. Property inspections were conducted as scheduled, and any maintenance issues reported to us were handled in line with established procedures and landlord authorisation requirements. Heating issues were addressed as soon as they were formally reported and access arrangements allowed, and we maintained regular communication with all parties involved. Unfortunately, some matters were outside our direct control, including contractor availability and decision-making responsibilities that legally rest with the property owner. The termination of our management agreement was not an attempt to avoid concerns but a mutual business decision made after a breakdown in the working relationship. We always aim to resolve complaints constructively and you were provided with details to follow our internal complaints process appropriately. We take both tenant welfare and landlord responsibilities seriously and regret that the reviewer feels dissatisfied with their experience. We remain committed to providing professional and compliant property management services and welcome direct contact to discuss any outstanding concerns
