GoogleSure Sales (Surelet back in the day) has been managing my property in Burton for the past 13 years. I am happy to say that every member of the letting team I have dealt with over that time has been consistently friendly and efficient. I can thoroughly recommend Sure Sales and Lettings.

GoogleI have been asking for fixes to be completed in my apartment for 3+ years now. I never used to follow up on it since surelet are awful at actually doing anything. But due to my rent having increased massively, I've been pushing for fixes for the past 6 months every single week now and I'm still no closer to having the fixes completed. Absolutely awful, I would strongly recommend avoiding renting with Surelet unless you have absolutely no other options.
