They went beyond and helped me to find an accommodation on a day and ensured all process was dealt with very efficiently and I was able to move in my new house just under two weeks. Since then the company have made my experience as a landlord far easier and they are always quick to respond to any questions I have with a professional, knowledgeable and quick response. I have always dealt with Rob who I feel knows my property and how best to manage it.

GoogleOne of the worst property management companies I have dealt with. They claim to "ensure quality" service by visiting the property every 3 months. However, they not only fail to care about reported problems but also ignore them. In one case, they did not even notify me that they would not be coming on the scheduled day, resulting in a direct loss for me as I had to take a day off work. It gets even worse with their "customer service" when calling to enquire about the situation, the few ladies who answer the phone always unhappy. I understand that issues related to maintaining quality might be something, but people are paying for this. The company fails to address problems both with tenants and landlord. I had to wait over half a year for someone to finally come and address the problems, despite reporting them multiple times during their supposed "to ensure quality every 3 months visits" still in vain, until I wrote a formal complaint directly to the CEO. If I ever need property management services in the future, I will make sure it won't be this company, nor can I recommend it. SURE (oh irony) that the people involved to certain teams lack coordination when performing their tasks.

GoogleIf you can afford to rent privately then you can afford not to rent through this agency. They are shocking at best. Communication is awful and you'll spend months going in circles about the same issues. Dreaded anytime something went wrong in the property knowing I would have to (or try to) communicate with them. Avoid at all costs.

GoogleTom and the team were very helpful right from the first phone call, they explained the process over the phone and arranged a viewing for the very next day. Even though we had only a short viewing slot we were not rushed and were told to take our time. Following the viewing we used WhatsApp to communicate, with most queries being answered in a matter of minutes, even during weekends and evenings. Excellent customer support. 👍
