Googleeveryone i have spoken to has been very polite and very quick to respond to emails. be sure to check, double check and triple check information staff give you as depending who you speak to you will get different answers

GoogleI don’t really submit reviews but in this instance - I’m compelled to do so. Having found myself in a stressful situation regarding my tenancy and the thought of having to move, stress levels were on overload and tbh, panic was setting in. In steps Jessie, compassionate and understanding of my situation and mindful of the stress caused by having to move. After a couple of phone calls and negotiating with the landlord - all sorted…. Yep, easy as that. Jessie, Thankyou

GoogleExtremely unprofessional and negative interaction had with agent Millie Hardwick. Claimed have not received my email when requesting an application for a property. I had to chase them repeatedly only for them to respond when the property was unavailable. When advising my disappointment was met with rudeness and an incredibly unhelpful approach advising that I should call instead of emailing when I work full time with no free time outside of work to contact them. Avoid whenever possible.

GoogleHave used Sure lettings for 12 months , Kleo, our main contact has been helpful, professional and knowledgeable in helping us , as new landlords, manage our properties. Has kept us updated with any issues with the tenants as well as keeping us ahead of our requirements. Would be happy to recommend.

GoogleVery good sales and letting team. Millie was amazing helping me with my apartment, always replied fast and had good communication with me. Managed to find somewhere very quick that was perfect for me and was a smooth and easy application.

GoogleWe are happy to suggest sure lettings, as they guide and supported us very well. During our 2 years of tenancy the quality of property disappointed us but, the sure lettings team was always ready to hear us and tried their level best to resolve our problems. When we left the property, they guide us for receiving back our full deposit amount. Thank you..Kleo and team for your valuable service and support

GoogleSooooo rude - I thought it was just the two men Frank and Paul who were so rude but the females are equally as bad. They ignore all messages and do not action damage or problems for landlords - agree with all previous feedback AVOID !!!!

GoogleThe viewing was easy to set up, the deposit was explained incorrectly issues with house not passed onto landlord and issues with keys. Was very quick to move in and think signing off keys should’ve been done at the property. Staff were helpful when spoke but the issues made it more stressful.

GoogleTom has been an absolute star with helping us move into our first rented property! We saw an advert online and messaged Tom at around 9:30am, by 4pm we had virtually and physically viewed the flat, as well as putting the holding deposit down! Tom has been amazing to deal with and very down to earth, also exceptionally efficient when it comes to responding to emails & WhatsApp messages and any issues we’ve faced have been dealt with fairly quickly either by Tom or another member of his team! Can’t fault them so far!!!
