GoogleVery reliable - I was having a difficult time finding a flat, and one of their kind agents (James Hall) was able to set up a viewing for the same day I contacted them! They've been great in helping me settle down and sort out any issues I had. Iain Dickinson and Rosena Cahill have been especially helpful - very cheerful and responsive! Would definitely recommend to anyone moving to Derby!

GoogleI have been renting a place from Surelet since 2015 and back then I dealt with Matthew Talbot who, unfortunately, turned out to be rather unhelpful. However since James Norman has started to look after the property I could not complain. I was delighted with the service James has provided throughout my tenancy and he is definitely an asset to Surelet.

GoogleI’d like to leave a review about James Norman who works for Sure in Burton. He’s not been there too long but I must say since he has been managing my properties I’ve been really pleased. James is really quick to let me know of any problems and usually has a solution ready for me to agree to. He’s very professional and nothing seems to ‘ruffle his feathers’. GoogleWe had a slow start with this company. Things agreed upon before moving in were not done. How much was down to the company and how much down to the landlord I am not sure. However, our new contact James has been a breath of fresh air. Always courteous, professional and sorts issues quickly. His attitude makes me feel like a valued customer, which in my experience is not the norm for tenants in this industry.
Thanks for the review, we are continually looking to make improvements and speed up areas of the business, even when they aren't within our control. James certainly does go out of his way to deliver an excellent service.

GoogleI've been lucky enough to interact with a few people from Sure during my first rental and I'm thrilled with the level of service I've received from each of them. Charlotte was absolutely lovely when showing me my property and helping me through the initial stages, Mitch was wonderful with answering questions and helping me through the application process, and finally was James who, as others have mentioned, has excellently helped me wrap everything up in this overall fantastic and exciting experience. GoogleWorst Agent Ever in Birmingham. -5 out of 5 Mr Raman. Very very rude. After a month of leaving the property without any dispute, full amount of deposit is not returned yet. Have to keep calling and messaging every week. When you remind, used to say 'I forgot'... since a month. Not able to remember simple thing like this or may be lying..... Will suggest to completely avoid this agent please.
