GoogleNever known a letting agent like them, seem to think its ok to push any maintenance work to one side and forget about it....... well im sorry you are quick enough to take the rent then you should step your game up and earn your management fees Rochdale..................

GoogleSurelet have been managing my property for the past 18 months, while I travelled across two continents. Renting out your property is difficult at best of times, but luckily I found Surelet, who have offered me a professional and dedicated service. I am regularly informed about queries from tenants, processes I should follow, e.g gas inspection, and notifications when payment is transferred to my account (I like this email). Surelet manage the full property and in the event of any issues, they provide me a problem overview, how they can fix this, and approx cost. Truly hassle free, as only my approval is required. I don't often leave reviews, but when a service is beyond expectation, I feel its only right to share this with other.

GoogleWas intrested in a few properties of theirs to rent. I managed to view one with a snotty snuck up woman called lucy who was no help and just stood in the door way looking us up and down. The bloke was slightly more down to earth in the office but never got back to us over 2 other properties. All 3 are still standing empty and iv applied for a house with someone else. Their loss and the landlords

Surelet have embraced my belief of offering good quality property at fair pricing, resulting in almost no void periods. GoogleAwful company. No sense of duty of care, due process, basic fairness, or integrity with records - including your inventory. Towards the end of your tenancy you can expect them to waste your time doing viewings with new potential tenants that tend not to show up. They don't care if you're present or not for these viewings to keep an eye on your own possessions and what is basically *your* home for the duration of a legal contract. Fees are excessively high, they take liberties with charges against your deposit and they don't give a toss when things go wrong with the buildings infrastructure. It's hard to believe that they have developed a business of this size with such disinterested, lazy staff. I feel sorry for anyone that has to find somewhere to live in Derby, the choices are very poor.

GoogleI had been using two property agents for a number of years, but from my experience of both Surelet have far exceeded my expectations in both their professional services and communication. They have regularly provided excellent tenants with clear and concise administration of both the tenancy agreement and monthly statements. I would have no issue in recommending Surelet to anyone whether a tenant or a landlord.

GoogleI have to say that having dealt with a few letting agencies, Surelet have been by far the most efficient and helpful from the initial phone enquiry, matching of property requirements, application process (which included re-opening the office when they were closed on a Saturday afternoon for us) and finally the hand over. I haven't had to chase anything once! and they have maintained regular contact at all times. Five star service for SURE :)

GoogleI have used Surelet Burton on several occasions to deal with my property lettings and they have always acted in a professional manner and been successful in finding me good quality tenants in a very short time. In addition the staff have gone above and beyond to assist with many aspects of the rental administration. The staff are both friendly and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any Landlord or Tenant looking to deal with residential property rental

GoogleSureLet are fantastic Letting Agents. They cooperated with us and helped us to move in on a day that suited us. They communicated with the Landlord quickly and efficiently and responded to us with every query we had. Their fees are competitive and the staff are all friendly and happy to help each time we have needed to contact. SureLet are also quick to deal with any issues we have had in the property and they were resolved with ease. Special thanks to Kash, Claire and Rose who have all been more than helpful to us in our move and tenancy so far.
