GoogleI had a rocky road with Surelet in the early days and was in no way a fan, however since James Norman has been managing the property my son and I live in I have to say the service has greatly improved. Prompt and professional responses to any queries or issues. He deals with matters with understanding and empathy as well which has been much needed in the last few months. I would definitely recommend James. Thank you 👍🏻

GoogleGood lettings agency but can take a while to do repairs,but would recommend not letting the handyman they use round to do the repairs,Andy Hasell scs, he does half a job and makes a mess and so my landlord had to end up paying out for a professional handyman to redo his jobs, pay cheap pay twice, but overall sure sales are a friendly team of staff,they just need to get rid of their cheap cowboy andy scs and theyll be spot on

GoogleGreat experience from day one, lots of communication and knew exactly what was going on at all times, understood the situation i was in too and even understood when running late for viewing, did everything to speed it up and all down to sophie barley she is a credit your company, if she worked for me she would win our extra mile monthly award for what she did.

GoogleDidn't show up for a viewing and waited until the viewing time to call and say they didn't have the right keys. They called earlier asking if we could get to the viewing any sooner. They acted like it was nothing that I had driven over half an hour to get to the property and tried to get me to go back for a viewing. I hope not to have to encounter this estate agents again who couldn't be bothered to show up for the viewing. UPDATE: I received a call from the agent who was supposed to show up the day before asking for me to rebook a viewing. I asked why we only got the call at the viewing time and she replied that she had got there just before and tried the key and left without waiting for us to show up. I find this to be appalling customer service considering we arrived slightly early and was waiting out the door In the rain, ringing the buzzer before recieving the call. The agents have replied here on Google, stating that the key was not at the property. As they never attended the property on or around the time of the viewing, I think it poor conduct to lie to people reading an honest review of how badly they performed their duty as an estate agent (both to me as a potential tennent, and the the landlord, as someone who is paying for them to let out this property) on that day.

Hello Sassi, Thank you for your feedback and it is certainly regrettable that your experience wasn't what we expect here at Sure. Unfortunately the property you were booked to view was being marketed by several other agents. The key to view the property is stored in a communal key safe and upon our arrival we found there to be no key. It transpires that the key was not returned after a viewing with another agent. Unfortunately this was out of our control and I accept the situation could have been handled better when this came to light. Your feedback has been appreciated and we have put measures in place to avoid a similar situation in the future.

She has answered all my questions promptly and gone above and beyond to answer any of my enquires. Since living in my new place she has had issues resolved in less then a few days. Brilliant.

GoogleThis review has 5 stars only because of James. We had been renting from Surelet for over 3 years and had a lot of issues,slow responses, staff didnt seem concerned and any repairs we reported would take forever to be actioned. However since James joined the service has been great and he has always been quick to respond,even outside of working hours. James has fantastic customer services skills and made us feel looked after. Thank you James 😀

GoogleAs stated in a previous review, seem ok to work with until anything goes wrong and they are more concerned about the Landlords. Read the small print on signing a contract as there are lots of hidden fees (one's i've never paid out in other agencies). Would not use again!

GoogleBe careful with these people. Their actual clients are the landlords not the tenants. They are nice until you stop working with them and they try to please the landlord retaining as much deposit as possible.

GoogleBeen dealing with Surelet Cheltenham for a number of things over the last year and they have been great. Especially Mike. Not only is he knowledgeable but he is efficient and always happy to help and give advice. Makes the letting process straight forward. I would highly recommend.

GoogleIf I can go into minus stars I would. The WORST company ever! So much hassle, after that day I went with them it was nothing other than trouble!!! All they care into doing is taking money, they don’t care about you. Rented a property that turned out to be for sale, so I was forced to move out ASAP, as someone bought it. Surelet showed 0 support, instead they just kept on topping up my bills. After I moved they checked the property and for things that was in the house originally such as cracked tiles, they said it was me??? They say how they will charge me for professional cleaning yet when I moved in to that property the hall way was covered in mud, the floor was sooo Black that it took me all day with constant rubbing to clean it off. The property was in a very poorly state, and only now they want to go wild on my deposit to fix tiles, wash the house top to bottom, etc etc. I would recommend you to go anywhere else other than surelet as I can guarantee you that all they would do is steal your money and cause you so much stress that all you’ll be doing is pulling all your hair off.

GoogleI highly recommend Surelet. I’ve used them for nearly ten years and my flat has only been vacant for around a month in all that time. Their fees are very competitive, plus the team are friendly and communicate well.
