When I was faced with the necessity of selling a house in High Wycombe (more than 100 miles from where I live) my first move, naturally, was to approach a number of estate agents. Among the replies I received, the one from Kingshills stood out head and shoulders above the rest. Not only was Stephen Grace's tone friendly and reassuring, but he also included a wealth of helpful information and advice to get me started on the process. I had not requested that, or even expected it, and none of the other agencies had made that effort, so from that moment I knew that Kingshills was my preferred choice. I have never had reason to regret that decision. It has been a long road, due to various factors, stretching roughly over a year and a half before we reached completion, but at every step of the way Stephen has shown that same readiness to go out of his way to help, always with unfailing good humour, patience and friendliness. No matter what problem arose, or what kind of help I needed, he was always willing to go the extra mile, sometimes well beyond the call of duty, to make things easier for me. I could not have asked for a more kind, pleasant and totally supportive person to deal with. The motto of Kingshills is "Exceptional service as standard" and this is no idle boast. It is an accurate description of the level of service that they offer to their clients.
