I recently used HKL when selling my home and wanted to highlight how wonderful their Move Manager Rebecca Morley has been. Through no fault of our own it was quite a difficult sale, but Rebecca stepped in and made it as easy as she possibly could. I don’t think we would have reached the end of the sale this quickly without her proactive work ethic, determination and support she provided us. Rebecca went above and beyond at every step and she is an absolute credit to HKL. I will always remember the positive impact she had on this sale and this time in our lives. Thank you Rebecca!!

Kayleigh Manning was incredibly helpful and professional throughout what became a difficult sale. I genuinely felt supported and never left “hung out to dry” after my offer was accepted. Her consistent communication was exactly what I needed, always professional, always timely, and she kept me fully informed rather than wondering when or how confirmation from the seller would come through. Unfortunately, the offer didn’t result in a completed sale, but the hard work, dedication, and transparency Kayleigh showed throughout the process were greatly appreciated. Everything was very professionally handled from the valuation to the exchange of contracts. Redbrik handled all the appointments and viewings. They helped me through the whole process. The staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. They made this a stress free process for me all the way through. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Viewed a house to rent a couple weeks ago the agent Jessica was lovely however after jumping through numerous hoops and being strung along four days before move in date they rejected the application even after passing the referencing section on my own and also then further adding a guarantor at the letting agents request. In addition they lost documents three times and I had to repeatedly send the same document at least four times to ensure my application had everything they needed. I think the fact they rejected my application four days before move in date is utterly ridiculous and unacceptable when I had been approved and everything had already been signed it is disgusting.

Steve, Martin and the team at Bond did an excellent job in the sale and marketing of the property which was a tricky executorship sale of a property in poor condition.. The support on the sales process and viewings was brilliant. I would thoroughly recommend their service which was personalised and professional. Harrison’s were a great agent! The selling process is not easy and we are so grateful we chose them to help us through. We had an extremely long journey with chains falling through above us and Harrison’s were so great the whole way through. They supported us not only with our sale but with our purchase and continuously communicated with us throughout, so much so that our seller was using them as his point of contact over his own agent. They ensured we didn’t lose our buyer after a year long chain, they worked alongside our solicitor to ensure we got the dates we needed and that everything went as smooth as possible and even solved issues happening in the background we didn’t know about to ensure they kept the stress to a minimum. Amber was an absolute credit to the company and I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to sell a home or purchase a home and needs someone who genuinely cares and goes above and beyond to ensure you get the outcome you want. This has been on my list to do for far too long and only just managed to do this. We first used Kingshills after going with another estate agent to sell our property in Holmer Green. The onky reason we went with a different estate agent was that we had seenbthe house we wanted ro buy through this other agent. Biggest mistake and waste of our time, I approached Steve Grace and explained the situation when we decided to move ro Kingshills. The viewings where a plenty and from that came the slae of the property within the valuation and price advertised. Steve Grace and the team at Kingshills service was second to none and hindsight to have used them first would have alleviated any stress. We have since sold another property on Beaconsfield and again the property sold within the valuation and price. This was a very quick turnaround and again kudos to the Kingshills team from instruction to completion. Our next interaction with Steve Grace at Kingshills is when we bought our current property through another Estate Agent. Steve was again instrumental in helping us acquire this property eventhough it was of no vantage to him or Kingshills his honest and impartial advice was very much appreciated and in no way obliged to give it or spend time on it. We have since also recommend Steve Grace and Kingshills to friends and acquaintances. Again their experience with Kingshills was very positive. Many thanks for everything you have done for us.
