When we decided to sell our home we asked 3 estate agents to visit us to value our home. When we contacted Ryan, he was very friendly from the start. He explained everything over the phone, he kindly dropped us an information pack off and then organised a time that suited us to visit our home to conduct the free evaluation. On the day Ryan arrived on time as agreed, he was friendly and polite. He was respectful from the start, even taking off his shoes as he walked through the house. Once Ryan had seen the property he then talked me and my husband through the value of the property. He showed us another information pack, which included what his service would include and costings etc. At no point was Ryan pushy, he was very happy to leave everything with me and my husband and even offered to email everything over to us also. I spoke to a friend of mine who Ryan had sold their property for them. She spoke very highly of Ryan and the support he had given their family. She highly recommended Ryan. When we made the decision for Ryan to act on our behalf, there was no upfront costs, we pay the fees on completion of sale. Ryan was very quick in taking the photos of the property (which really did the house justice), he also included a video and before we knew it , it was on the market and being advertised. Ryan organised Viewings very quickly, he always made us aware when viewings where booked in and always kept in contact with us afterwards to provide feedback. Exactly 3 weeks from our house being placed on the market by Ryan, I am so happy to say we have now accepted an offer. Ryan once again has been so supportive, hes asked for us to send details of our solicitor over to him and then he will now be acting on our behalf. Ryan has stated he will keep in contact with us. This transition has been so smooth. We can not honestly thank you Ryan enough. You have been amazing right from the very start of this journey. You have made this process so smooth and so easy for both me and my husband. Communication is 100%, professional approach is 100% and effectiveness is 100%. If anyone is looking to sell their home in the future we would highly recommend Ryan. Thank you for your ongoing support you have been amazing. 5* service, honest, open and transparent and we have always and still do feel confident and in safe hands with you as our estate agent. The space is as aesthetically pleasing as it is functional and efficient. Excellent quality furniture, plenty of outlets at each workspace and the different floors provide a unique environment for your needs(mingle or take private call). The on-site team is very helpful, kind and outgoing. Tieny was quick to respond and answered all my questions in detail. Alyssa gave a great tour and helped me decide what membership would meet my needs the best. I am very happy with EDGE workspaces.

Polite,professional and informative. Chloe, Georgie and Ann were involved with our purchase and answered any questions we had. We weren’t always available to answer phone calls but they still regularly updated us in any progress by leaving detailed and relevant voice mails and therefore didn’t require call backs when unavailable during call hours. Poor communication / dishonesty. Semi salvaged by branch manager Lee. Inaccurate information has been given to me from start to finish by various staff members. E.g. “vendor will take £350k” the next day “vendor won’t entertain any offers below £360k”. A lack of communication is also an issue. Offers were made with no feedback until I called the branch. After my latest offer was seemingly ignored by the branch, I wrote a review on trust pilot. Branch manager Lee called me to discuss (which was good of him). He took the time to inform me that the house wasn’t advertised £100k over the market value to deceive people (see previous review) it was actually to test the market. This insight was very useful in understanding how MS operate). Eventually he did inform me that my offer wasn’t accepted and that the vendor was in receipt of significantly higher offers. Whilst not ideal, at least I now know where I stand, as previously the staff member had advised me that my offer of £330k was good as It’s cash. I would have gone higher and not wasted anyone’s time had I known the vendor was sitting on a better offer. Regardless, I now know the best way to get hold of MS is via these means. Still interested in the property.

Yvonne was the best part about our whole selling process. When I came across her a few years ago by chance, selling a house that we went to view, I was immediately struck by her as someone whom I'd want to sell my house in the future. Sure enough, a few years later when it was time to sell for the first time, she was the first and only estate agent I contacted. Yvonne was the only true constant throughout the process from start to finish. Her experience and knowledge was second to none and she was a blessing when it came to updates, chasing and deciphering solicitor speak for us! She made a long and testing process that little bit easier for us. I wholeheartedly recommend her 100%. She's a gem.

Having met various other agents for viewings we felt there was a lack of oomph and knowledge. In particular the viewing of our new house was very short and we did not feel like the knowledge was there, it was pretty uncomfortable. Good job we fell in love with the house! However in the meantime we had met Yvonne and she has been a blessing from the moment we met her. We were initially going to sell our own house privately, but when that didn’t happen, Yvonne was the only agent we considered. We fell in love with her passion and her comforting aura the moment we met her which is why we knew she was the one. Having not been through the sales process before, and now seeing what goes into it, we were pleased to have Yvonne on side. She was very engaging and always kept us in the loop, going above and beyond to get the job done. It was surprising how much work and involvement she had after the sale had been agreed. From beginning to end, there was no falter on the help, guidance and support, even advising on the purchase of our new house! EDGE is a really pleasant place to work, it feels light, calm and “easy”, even on busy days. We’re in a dedicated office on the third floor, but the shared workspace setup is honestly a big plus, if you need to focus or take a call there are plenty of nice spots where you can properly separate yourself without it feeling awkward or cramped. Communication with reception is genuinely great, quick, friendly, and they actually think along. Same for office setup, there are loads of options for furnishing, tweaks, and changes, and the support is solid when you need something sorted. And yes, bonus points, the food is good and the coffee from Bobby is dangerously motivating ;)
