GoogleSean visited my house for a valuation on the property. He was very charming with a lovely personality. He was also well prepared as I could tell Sean did his research. He was able to answer my questions and was able to provide me with a clear report and calmly discussed options/next steps if I were in a position to sell my property. He also explained the plus points of the house and the ways I can improve the property to attract market buyers. I could tell Sean enjoys meeting new people and enjoys putting their needs first. GoogleI was genuinely interested in purchasing a property and had almost 40% of the deposit saved, with a full-time job, side gig as an Uber driver, and a small business. Additionally, I had an AIP (Agreement in Principle) from Barclays of £99k. However, my experience with this agency was extremely disappointing. I felt as though I was treated as though I was wasting their time. They didn’t ask for any details or attempt to understand my situation; instead, they repeatedly requested my name and contact information, promising a callback that never came. Despite my efforts to reach out the following day, my calls went unanswered. I can’t help but wonder if this treatment was related to my age, which is a shame as I was serious and financially prepared.
