GoogleClaire was first class in showing us the property and quickly producing a Memo of Sale as soon as the offer had been accepted. She dealt with a hefty bump in the road very professionally, ensuring that we remained the buyers of the property. Peter handled all the mechanics very well; it's the first time I've had first hand experience of a role like his, and now i don't know why everybody doesn't do it!

GoogleI've sold with these and, honestly, I wouldn't recommend them NOT AT ALL. They're brilliant if you're buying from them, but if you're selling, they'll just call you, rip you off, and give you false information. They'll slip something into the contract that you haven't actually read, so you have to be absolutely careful. Make sure you read every single detail because they say one thing and then do something totally opposite. I spoke to the branch manager again today (LEE) and, as expected, he just defended his staff. I've been totally conned, 100%, and there's nothing I can do about it. Would not recommend dealing with them at all.

GoogleParking is restricted and can get busy on days. Street parking is metered. Ilkley is lovely and accessible via A roads only so any roadworks can signal delays. Company itself is friendly and inviting.
