The below response from the team is a LIE. They are now just telling lies to cover there tracks. They would penalise me for defamation if I Didn’t have evidence of their complete Lies. Denim is not a nice person. His reactive and spiteful We have 3 bins for 6 homes. The amount is supposed to be 18. They book appointments. Dont show up. And expect you to just open the door when they decide to knock. They have been told many many many times i have chronic anxiety. They still continue to randomly knock for entry without warning - they dont ring the bell. They knock my actual door with is just un heard off There is no hygiene in the communal area 27/09/2026 - The response from Streets Ahead is a complete lie. I informed them i cleaned poor myself from the hallway and they have not responded. Before that. They said they will let the landlord know. Denim is literally no most manipulative person i have encountered in property. Its like signing a deal with the devil. The flat looked nice. I’m sick with chronic pain and i’ve not had heating since July 2025

We had a really lovely experience with the agent Bradley who showed us the property. Despite us arriving about 10 minutes late due to an emergency, he was incredibly understanding and kindly waited for us without any pressure. He was very friendly, professional, and made us feel comfortable throughout the viewing. He took the time to talk us through the next steps, introduced us to the right person for proceeding, and even walked with us while having a nice chat. We’d also like to thank Ethan, who clearly talked us through the next steps for proceeding, including filling out the forms. Property management is extremely bad. They don’t answer calls and hardly respond back to emails or messages. There is no urgency and no timeline to fix the issues raised by the tenants. It keeps on going for weeks together sometimes even months. And the issues are still not fixed. The tenants are frustrated. Tenants calls are not answered and the landlord calls are not answered. Emails go unanswered too. We have been in touch with Daisy whom can never seem to get hold of. I’m really not sure whom to get in touch because they say they are the managers, but I need to complain about the managers to somebody in Streets ahead.

Bradley Snape, Maya Dela Pena, and the rest of the team at this location are illegally withholding our deposit after a failed credit check. There’s documented evidence, in addition to these messages, to support this. To my surprise, our phone numbers and emails appear to be blocked and they are refusing to communicate which has forced me to lodge several formal complaints with various UK agencies. The people need protection from these types of consultants.

We had two viewings today with this estate agency and both failed. The first one they did not have the keys and did not bother to call ahead to advise of this so was a wasted journey during working hours. Just now we had one scheduled for 4pm and again waited for 10mins and no one showed or called us. This is unacceptable on so many levels and will not want to work with such an organisation or business. Especially in current housing market we would expect better and proactive communication and actually wanting to show houses and staying on top of interested enquiries. Not good and highlights little care to customer service.

Viewed a house with Streets Ahead. Put in full asking price offer together with the requested mortgage approval in principle, proof of fund and payslips. We were after informed that apparently the vendor was wanting £40k more and if we could match the request. We had to withdraw the offer. Since then we were reluctant to view any further properties with Streets Ahead due to uncertainty if this experience could be repeating. Overall, will still recommend Streets Ahead though.

We can’t thank Alex enough for his incredible support and efficiency after we experienced water damage in January. From the moment we reported the issue, he took charge, ensuring that everything was handled as quickly and smoothly as possible. He coordinated electricians, carpet installers, and other professionals to get our home back to normal in record time. He even arranged for the removal of a damaged sofa after two years (the landlady previously refused to remove it). Zero stars! Extremely poor experience with Streets Ahead, avoid if you vaule your health and sanity Our experience with Streets Ahead (Lower Addiscombe branch) has been consistently negative. Key property issues like mould and maintenance were ignored, and communication was vague, delayed, or contradictory. During my time in the property I later got diagnosed with asthma. We had over 10 different property managers in two years, meaning we constantly had to repeat the same issues with no continuity or accountability. Both the check-in and check-out processes were disorganised, stressful, and lacked transparency. A formal complaint we submitted in March 2025 still hasn’t been addressed and we are now in October 2025. Which means they have not followed their own complaints policy procedures. Streets Ahead have also failed to follow the agreed check-out inspection process and instead shifted responsibility onto us while threatening extended rent liability, which felt unfair and unreasonable. Overall, the agency has been unprofessional, unsupportive, and obstructive. We would strongly advise others to think carefully before working/engaging with this company. Streetsahead care team have been contacted on more than one occasion this year. To this day nothing has been resolved.
