Wendy & David MitchellWe moved into our apartment at Sanctuary Mews approximately 3 months ago and have, today, had minor snagging jobs completed. This review would have received 5stars apart from the fact we experienced problems with Newhomes Solutions at the outset. In the end we dispensed with their services - sold our property independently - and were able to complete the purchase of our apartment.Throughout this procedure Julie, the site Sales Advisor was superb and kept us up to date with all developments which enabled matters to proceed smoothly. Similarly Mike Collens, the Site Manager, has been most helpful from day one. This, together with your excellent Clubhouse staff ( Jo and Mel in particular) has all resulted in our experience being a happy one.

We paid xtra premium for a wild flower meadow view and ended up with a mud bath! So many issues with house from flooring to leaks to plaster needing replacing to faulty garage door to door framesPaid extra for floor which has lifted and the floors sank in one area Customer services good but you have to hound them then they get fed up of you. Chris is though a star but I bet he has lots of issues to sortMy main bug bare that is not sorted is the bog that is called a wildflower meadow! For goodness sake put a fence around it! so many people are driving over it! It’s awful to look at outside ur window! On intial look seems premium but not sure I’d buy new again

Having purchased 7 new homes this was by far the worst customer experience - I genuinely believe it is cultural in the sales/marketing process having felt as though they were doing me a favour in selling me a home - lack of clear engagement, moving of goalposts and general communication was poor.The house itself is beautiful and the builders/site team are fantastic as usually are construction teams - Gareth in particular was very attentive and responsive.Happy to provide more feedback as it is definitely a blind spot !

Lovely house, built with care but let down by serious lack of attention to detail. We were subsequently informed that some of these disappointing issues are within industry standard which seems to be the general ‘cop out’ excuse. These standards should be reviewed. Shockingly dirty on move in day. Lack of transparency on exact location and its drawbacks. We were refused access due to various site issues until 2 days before completion so too late to back out without huge upset to others. Having said all that, the assistant site manager and the sales person involved were as helpful as they were able to be and we were very grateful for that.

I cannot speak highly enough about Penny at The Grange at the Last Drop, in Bolton. She has been so helpful from my initial visit to pick up a brochure on the site to most recently picking my kitchen, tiles and extras. Nothing is too much trouble and she keeps me informed on a regular basis. I’ve been extremely impressed with the level of service I have received along with the friendliness of Penny and the team.
