Saylan and the team at Stonebridge were an absolute pleasure to work with when selling my flat. I'd had bad experiences with some of the larger agencies so I moved to Stonebridge because I'd heard such good things about them. They are very personable and create an approach to sales that is bespoke to your property - really getting to know the unique things about it that will appeal to buyers and help sell it - and constantly keep you updated throughout the process. Saylan was a real professional and constantly came up with initiatives that would work in the current climate. They achieved success where the bigger agents did not, and I'm 100% sure it was because they put the time in to make it personal without any of the jargon and take pride in doing a good job for you. I would highly recommend Saylan and the team!

We’ve used Stonebridge to let and manage our flat over the past couple of years and have been very impressed. They’re a lovely team, professional but never slimy, who always communicate clearly, work efficiently and have helped us secure the right tenants. Saylan and Fabio have been excellent. London estate agents (and landlords!) don’t have great reputations, but Stonebridge are genuinely different: we trust the team to support us while also giving our tenants the benefit of their responsiveness, fairness and customer service. There are loads of estate agents to choose from in Highgate, but we’re grateful we chose Stonebridge and would certainly recommend to others.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Peter from Stonebridge , and it was an absolute nightmare. regarding a property on Beech Drive in Muswell Hill Peter left me waiting for over 40 minutes for a scheduled viewing without any communication. No call, no message, nothing to explain the delay or cancellation. This level of service is completely unacceptable and shows a blatant lack of respect for clients' time. It's baffling that someone who prides himself on offering personal service and honest advice could be so inconsiderate. His history of working with high-end flats and corporate agents seems irrelevant when he can't manage basic courtesy and professionalism. The supposed impeccable service and standout marketing that Peter and his company claim to offer are clearly non-existent. This experience has been deeply disappointing, and I would strongly advise against dealing with Peter in the future. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for a reliable and respectful estate agent. I would strongly advise anyone considering Stonebridge or dealing with Peter to stay far away. This was the worst service I've ever encountered, and it's clear that Peter and his agency have no respect for their clients. Save yourself the frustration and find an estate agent who actually values your time and business.

They have great staff who really do the footwork to ensure good outcomes and earn their commission. As a landlord living outside of London, the letting team have gone above and beyond on several occasions, managing some complicated and unexpected situations (falling tree damage, sewage!) on our behalf efficiently and effectively. I also feel they are responsive and respectful to our tenants, which is important to us.

Amazing work from Peter, Clare and Matthew. The whole selling experience has been very different compared to the typical large corporate property agents. Stonebridge genuinely care about their clients. There is a personal feel that you don't get with the large corporates, where you are just a number. We sold our property in Highgate through Stonebridge and the whole experience has been fantastic. They clearly have a strong list of real clients because our property got under offer within weeks. This in in sharp contrast with our previous experience with large corporates, which just brought a lot of disrupting viewings with no results. Stonebridge team is so experienced, offer realistic valuations and honest advise. They are always very responsive, very proactive, and they managed the chain extremely well. We bought our house via Jonny Kuzak at Stonebridge and Co earlier this year. The experience from start to finish was excellent. He gave us plenty of time to view the property properly and answered all questions we had clearly and openly. When we put in an offer on the asking price for a property, the landlady put us on hold for more than a week to check demand.
