Those within the property sector (and indeed without) could learn much from their calm, classy approach. GoogleJoel and the team at Stonebridge & Co Highgate were incredibly responsive and attentive to our rental requirements as tenants. We were able to organise a viewing and receive a response to offer within 24 hours and were then able to move into a beautiful property in highgate in 10 days from offer. Joel and the team worked tirelessly to ensure every aspect of the move in was smooth and that the flat was in an excellent condition prior to us moving in. They have ensured the moving process was as tireless as possible for us and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for property in the area.

GoogleAmazing and professional firm. Joel is really hard-working and went out of his way to find me a new rental property, and I have nothing but good words to say about him and the firm. Joel is professional, friendly, hard-working with very prompt communication and answers all queries quickly, which is a very nice bonus in an uncertain market where flats go quickly. He even replied after work hours to make sure I would be able to put down an offer for the flat I wanted. Fantastic service from a firm that clearly goes the extra mile for their clients. Would highly recommend!

GoogleAsher was the first estate agent we met who was relaxed. At no stage did we feel rushed or forced into anything - he actually had to tell us to slow down and encouraged giving us time to think about things. It was such a breath of fresh air and really helped in making the right decision. If you're looking for a new place, I could not recommend Stonebridge more.

GoogleBe warned that Joel, who we found very professional, has now left the business and Fiona that took his place dealt with us as tenants awfully. Routine repairs were ignored then brought against us, the lack of communication during a difficult period was unacceptable and the checkout was dealt with in a very inappropriate manner, failing to rely on independently compiled inventories and instead going on the landlady's word. Neither myself or my girlfriend have felt compelled to write a formal complaint in many years of renting but we had to with Stonebridge. With Joel gone, I would think very carefully about renting with Stonebridge even if I liked the property because of the immense stress and bother we went through.NegativeProfessionalism
