GoogleJonny and Saylan showed patience and offered good advice during a protracted sale during which there was a long chain. I would recommend Stonebridge because I only had contact with directors who were experienced. This held the chain together and their support was invaluable.

I organised a viewing over the phone on a Friday afternoon for the next day, only to turn up and discover the property in question (which is still showing as available on OnTheMarket) was actually sold, and no agent bothered to turn up. Complete waste of my time - avoid!

GoogleWe needed an agent that understood the area of North London we were selling in; we were approached by a number of local agents that professed to be key to a sale, but were unimpressed by an air of arrogance and a commensurate fee level. I knew Claire at Stonebridge from her time with one of the above agents, knowing she had left to form a new practice specialising in the area and not part of a large agency chain. I found Claire and her Partner Peter to be knowledgable and professional in taking on our agency appointment and delivered on the desire for a sale that would reflect the investment we had made in redeveloping a large 1930s semi from 4 beds to a 2000sqft 5 bed with views of Ally Pally.
