We’ve used Stonebridge to let and manage our flat over the past couple of years and have been very impressed. They’re a lovely team, professional but never slimy, who always communicate clearly, work efficiently and have helped us secure the right tenants. Saylan and Fabio have been excellent. London estate agents (and landlords!) don’t have great reputations, but Stonebridge are genuinely different: we trust the team to support us while also giving our tenants the benefit of their responsiveness, fairness and customer service. AVOID!!!! Do not use this company to part exchange your property. I'd been searching for a property for months and finally found one meeting my needs. It was explained to me the sale was a part exchange and the onward would be ready in December-February. It was stipulated there was a deadline to exchange in September 2025. This firstly was unachievable having my offer accepted in August 2025. Ive have extremely poor communication via your part exchange firm 'Property Perspective' never getting an answer from you. The recent news of this may now be a year in the future is honestly disgusting! I have also requested contact from you directly on your website. I will be taking this further to the Property Ombudsman for the waste in my time and legal costs This is extremely poor from you StoneBridge. I'll be shocked if you even reply

Stonebridge have just sold our flat in Highgate and I really cannot recommend them highly enough. Saylan, Peter and Claire work as a complete team with a wealth of experience, meaning there is always someone available to deal with anything that comes up during the process, any time of the day. The acid test of an organisation is not what happens when things go to plan, it is when they do not. The team at Stonebridge worked with us over a year to refurb our mother's flat to a high standard, having spent time to go over all the options. In spite of losing two buyers and a final one that also brought challenges, and with unexpected glitches during the refurb, throughout all this the entire team - whomever you dealt with - were reassuring, human, understanding, knowledgable and patient, when it would have been all too easy for all of us to lose the plot. We sold at a good price, and I was left feeling grateful we followed our instincts on first meeting Saylan and Peter that these were 'good people'. Much as I am glad it is all over, a part of me is sad I will not be in regular contact. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Peter from Stonebridge , and it was an absolute nightmare. regarding a property on Beech Drive in Muswell Hill Peter left me waiting for over 40 minutes for a scheduled viewing without any communication. No call, no message, nothing to explain the delay or cancellation. This level of service is completely unacceptable and shows a blatant lack of respect for clients' time. It's baffling that someone who prides himself on offering personal service and honest advice could be so inconsiderate. His history of working with high-end flats and corporate agents seems irrelevant when he can't manage basic courtesy and professionalism. The supposed impeccable service and standout marketing that Peter and his company claim to offer are clearly non-existent. This experience has been deeply disappointing, and I would strongly advise against dealing with Peter in the future. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for a reliable and respectful estate agent. I would strongly advise anyone considering Stonebridge or dealing with Peter to stay far away. This was the worst service I've ever encountered, and it's clear that Peter and his agency have no respect for their clients. Save yourself the frustration and find an estate agent who actually values your time and business.
