Whilst the builders have left us more snags than I can count… the customer care team are absolutely fantastic. Ben and Martin are the dream team and I feel so happy to have them here knowing they will do a really good job. Everything is always clean, tidy, and done properly! They’re not bad company either and will aways ask how we are getting on, even remembering the dogs name. Honestly adore them!

Lyndsey was very helpful

Lyndsey was very helpful. We have a brand new house and completeted a snagging list with Lyndsey. A very attentive Martin came yesterday to carry out some of the snagging list. He was not supplied with an air vent for the downstairs cloakroom so could not complete this issue. Martin’s work was excellent ie 100% completely satisfied with the care and attention he took and he obviously had pride in his work.

Purchased this property nearly a year ago and the snags are still not complete. poor customer service from the start and the construction manager ben is a complete waste of space, excuse after excuse for the poor workmanship they couldn’t care less once they have your money, the LVT floor that we paid extra for has been laid by someone that appears to have no experience and they have tried to hide the short cuts with silicone ! And the garden is a joke uneven with a huge slope and grass that looks like it’s been taken from the farmers field would be nice to have contact from someone that isn’t Ben Bowen

Please think twice before purchasing with Jones

Please think twice before purchasing from this company. Everything is brilliant and kind pre purchase you get in your house are left with 100s of snags and ongoing issues, end up getting work done yourself to try and get them done as the time and effort you have to try and get anything resolved once they leave site is awful. Customer services for Lancashire are appalling, they deny, lie, drag out issues. They have now caused further issues to our property on adapting the road and deny responsibility and lie about works carried out leaving us with another issue that will cost us £100s to fix. Once they have your money they soon become unhelpful. I would advise thinking twice before purchasing a property through them, the stress that comes with it really isn’t worth it. As you can see on here the 30% of 1 star ratings are asked to contact customer services to discuss further but these are the people who take weeks to respond and are no help in getting issued fix instead try to pass blame. Escalation process and formal complaints are none existent they don’t get past customer services no matter how many times you ask. Absolutely diabolical

During the soft launch, we visited the show homes and were taken care of by Julie. Afterward, we visited the homes several times and finally secured our plot. I'm going to get straight to the point. It's been 5.5 years since we bought this house of horrors, as we now call it. Which is great for 2 optimistic first time buyers who saved up every penny they had to start their adult lives hoping it was going to be worth every second of our hard earned time and patience. There's Bullshxt Bob, site manager I think, full of broken promises. ''There's plenty of time to raise that issue later, don't worry'' or ''Don't worry, we'll fix that before we leave'' or ''Be careful showering because a few people have complained about it leaking''....what..... I'm sure the name makes sense now.We've been passed from pillar to post however, no one gives a shxt once they have your money. You learn this the hard way.There's so much more I could say but we're exhausted. Thanks for putting an extremely sour 5.5 year experience on our lives. Time, money, energy and memories that we will never get back.We'll be using the remainder of our energy to take the next step and use MORE time and money to go legal seeing as you've sent another petty reply to our thorough complaint that showed plenty of evidence.

This review would have received 5stars apart from the fact we experienced problems with Newhomes Solutions at the outset. In the end we dispensed with their services - sold our property independently - and were able to complete the purchase of our apartment.Throughout this procedure Julie, the site Sales Advisor was superb and kept us up to date with all developments which enabled matters to proceed smoothly. Similarly Mike Collens, the Site Manager, has been most helpful from day one. I’ve recently purchased my home in the Sunfield Estate in Wilmslow. From start to finish, Julie was absolutely incredible. Being a teacher means that talking during the school day is virtually impossible, but that didn’t stop Julie from being there for me. She would often call me after work or sometimes even on her way home to keep me updated on everything. Julie’s support made the entire experience so much smoother than I ever expected it to be. We are absolutely delighted with our new Jones Home that we moved into on the 15th September. We waited a long time for it after Beaumont Grange was first announced in 2020, but we wanted a woods facing Banbury on the second phase so it was a long wait but well worth it! We couldn't be happier with it, it's beautiful and just what we wanted. This is my second Jones Home as I moved from Arundel Park in the same village having lived there for nearly 10 years, and we've now upgraded to a bigger one together. The service again has been excellent and our sales adviser Philippa Ingram has just been absolutely amazing from start to finish. She is fantastic at her job and also the loveliest person, it has been an absolute pleasure dealing with her over the last couple of years and she made things really easy. The after care so far has been great, Alan the site manager and Dave the assistant manager are great to deal with. Everyone is really nice, friendly and on the ball. Our new house is everything we wanted and is just beautiful, I'm sure we will be very happy here for many years to come.

I cannot speak highly enough about Penny at The Grange at the Last Drop, in Bolton. She has been so helpful from my initial visit to pick up a brochure on the site to most recently picking my kitchen, tiles and extras. Very disappointed in the after service…

Very disappointed in the after service - lots of broken promises of work to be done - now 5 months into new house and still chasing for work to be completed. Feels like once you have completed then they aren’t concerned about the aftercare. All the issues have put a real downer on our dream house.
