From first seeing the house, deciding to buy it and to moving in nothing was too much trouble. Communication was always uplifting especially when we were selling our old house and were finding things frustrating in Scotland.

First of all no communication

First of all no communication. Today was what we were originally told would be closing date, but they usually get finished early. Not in our case.Their choices for materials was not good at all. Very disappointed. The building site stays filthy. We have complained about it. “Oh it’s a building site”. I call BS. All of the doors and windows are open so debris can blow in. There’s a crack running across our floor. Will it get worse as time goes on. Our site manager, Kyle, had 63 houses when he first started our house. It is IMPOSSIBLE to manage that many with one person. We live close by so we check often. Most times it is just sitting there with no one working. When we started there were at least seven lots empty. Now there are not any empty lots. Some people are living in their houses. Not us. There are twenty four houses, in various stages, being built. All are ahead of us. Ours is a shell. I regret building this house. I should say process of building. A real estate company was recommended to us. We bit. There’s not even a for sign in front of our present home. ???This is our third house we’ve built. We understand the process. We’ve been very patient. After all we are living in our present home. When you go to sales office, they give you a customer service number. You get a recording. What’s the solution? Give us our down payment back? (My choice) Finish the damn house? And when they do, how many things will be wrong? Will they ever get fixed?Regrets, regrets, regrets. Wish I had found all of these reviews before we started, because we would have never bought.

Where can I start….

Where can I start….. Jones home have been fantastic throughout, we absolutely love the house and the kids and myself have settled in well. We purchased on sunfield in Wilmslow and the house is fantastic. Charlie (on the site) has been so accommodating and everything has been dealt with pretty much the same day.

Thank you to everyone on the Sunfield estate in Wilmslow for making moving into our new home such a positive experience. Everyone we have come into contact with, from builders we have passed on the road to contractors coming into the house, have been so polite. There is building works to the front and back of our house but we have never been affected by this, thanks to the professionalism of everyone on site. Everyone who has come to the house to resolve any snags has come on time and have been very respectful of a sleeping baby too! Special thanks to Julie, Phil and Charlie for all their hard work thus far; we really are very grateful

The site management are always on hand…

The site management are always on hand if needed. And the site office staff are really welcoming. Very good build quality, just minor snagging required.The site is still under construction as is the bypass on the north side. The wider area of the Wyre is nice countryside with the more retail shopping/entertainment on the Blackpool side of Poulton. Overall a positive experience being here for only two weeks.

I would have awarded you five stars if Eon was not involved. I’ve been here for aprox f six months and still cannot get a bill or balance from them. They are the worse company ever. So bad that I’ve had to get the ombudsman involved. Why you deal with them is beyond me. I’m very stressed and worried all the time thanks to Eon.

Paid for a view that’s now a muddy mess

We paid xtra premium for a wild flower meadow view and ended up with a mud bath! So many issues with house from flooring to leaks to plaster needing replacing to faulty garage door to door framesPaid extra for floor which has lifted and the floors sank in one area Customer services good but you have to hound them then they get fed up of you. Chris is though a star but I bet he has lots of issues to sortMy main bug bare that is not sorted is the bog that is called a wildflower meadow! For goodness sake put a fence around it! so many people are driving over it! It’s awful to look at outside ur window! On intial look seems premium but not sure I’d buy new again
