From our initial reservation, to moving in, the sales team have been excellent. They kept us informed through the whole process which took a lot of the stress out of the move. There were a few snags but these were dealt with quickly and efficiently by the site manager. The constructors even took some of our boxes etc away to save us going to the tip. Absolutely love our home.

The purchase of our new home went very smoothly. We were given regular updates on how the build was going and there was always someone to talk to at the end of the phone if we needed it. The move day came without any issues and it was lovely to finally be in our new home - there was also a beautiful bunch of flowers waiting for us. The customer care team came and saw us and explained everything - how things worked etc etc. We have been very happy with all communication. Any issues we did have, have been dealt with in a professional way.

He has been friendly, warm and answered any questions I have had in addition to offering advice on potential alternatives. Ben has always gone above and beyond and I remember a time when there was an issue with the front door and he went away to get the necessary parts to ensure the door was repaired before leaving. I would be happy for Ben to come back on any future snags.

Really pleased with our Jones Home. There is a delay when needing certain jobs done but overall we are happy here at Sanctuary Mews, Bromley Cross. A small grumble just wish there were handles on bath considering house is for over 55's!

Almost everything went according to plan, unfortunately Jones were unable to change bathroom detail or fencing around the property. The paving behind the house was hardly adequate.
Thank you for taking the time to leave this review, your feedback is important to us. On occasion, we do need to decline customer requests for changes to be made to a property but we hope you can enjoy personalising your new home and are happy here for many years to come.

TrustpilotCustomer Service is horrendous, house is pretty though
The homes are lovely from the outside, but to be honest not the best quality, particularly internal walls, as you can hear everything loudly from one room to the next with doors closed. Main issue though is customer service, once you are in they ignore you, shocking communication and complete ignorance to issues. If you buy from them, hope it's perfect from the start, or you are in for months of stress.

Unfortunately, we are waiting for snags to be resolved 4 years later. When we contact customer services they are less than helpful. On our first day moving in, our en-suite shower leaked into the hallway, thankfully the site manager came out straight away and had the plumbers from the site round the same day. However, as it was resolved the same day the job was not logged and we are now told it can’t be fixed as we are out of warrantee!
Thank you for your feedback. As mentioned, all Jones Homes include an industry-standard 2-year warranty and an insurance-backed 10-year Buildmark warranty from the NHBC. We are pleased our site team were able to address your early issues but after a 4 year period all homeowners are out of warranty unless the issue is a structural defect covered by your NHBC Buildmark policy. Jones Homes is absolutely committed to resolving genuine warranty defects for our customers which are reported within the two year warranty period, however, when customers approach us for assistance after that period has expired, our inability to assist then can cause unintentional offence. Our Customer Services Team have the unenviable task of declining such requests when approached but we would never fail a customer with providing supporting information which in this circumstance we have.

This company are absolutely terrible. We purchased our new build march 2022 and have had a torrid time. The windows are draughty and noisy. There’s a snag list not completed 2 years after moving in. I honestly don’t know where the executive part of there name comes from. I would strongly recommend against buying a property from this builder. Sub standard brick work. They take your money and have absolutely no after care. I have had to report them to the NHBC. Please do not purchase a property from this builder .

Appalling customer service. Still waiting on snags to be completed lived here nearly a year and now being told they will not be doing them! What happened to the 2 years grace of snags!
