Ben has always gone above and beyond and I remember a time when there was an issue with the front door and he went away to get the necessary parts to ensure the door was repaired before leaving. GoogleWe have both sold and let with Stonebridge for several years now, and strongly recommend both their house sales and letting teams. They have great staff who really do the footwork to ensure good outcomes and earn their commission. As a landlord living outside of London, the letting team have gone above and beyond on several occasions, managing some complicated and unexpected situations (falling tree damage, sewage!) on our behalf efficiently and effectively. I also feel they are responsive and respectful to our tenants, which is important to us.
