GoogleI can’t recommend Spencers Estate Agents in Blaby enough & 5 stars 🌟 isn’t enough to give them they deserve a just more as the whole team are stars in my eyes they all deserve their own 5 stars especially the delightful mortgage advisor Deme Ludlum who when I came in to talk about my options was a real diamond & jewel in the crown when I was at low ebb not wondering or knowing what was available to me at my age she gave me so much advice on what to do & what kind of mortgage was accessible for me nothing was ever too much for her & she dealt with many a panicked phone call but she took it all in her stride in her own style & she made it so easy & enjoyable not stressful & made me relax with a reassuring smile & a calming manner which made things run smoothly… it was a pleasure dealing with her I also can’t forget the all the other staff who also were very helpful & accommodating to me when I brought documents etc in for Deme … A wonderful team of lovely individuals who deserve 10 stars 🌟 … I won’t forget what they did for me & would recommend anyone needing advice that you won’t get a better service …so once again Thanks Spencers in Blaby for everything you did for me & a very special thanks to Deme who had to deal with me the majority of the time which back then mustn’t have been easy … She deserves a medal how she coped with me 😃
