GoogleI am so grateful to the team at Spencers, Wigston, for their help, support and professional guidance through what turned out to be a difficult, stressful and complicated sale of my mother's property. All the team - Jo, Georgina, Mike and Ben - were so kind and helpful and kept us up to date throughout the process, at times going above and beyond what I would have expected of them. Avoid at all costs Youre lied to through the whole process If you’re selling a property you need to be in direct contact with your buyer and if you’re buying you need to be in direct contact with your seller to make sure you are selling for the same price your buyer is buying for and vice versa . He is NOT allowed by law to take deposits . Under no circumstances let him coerce you into to giving him money ! You won’t get it back . Had my buyer not got in contact with me I would NEVER have known he was selling my property for more than he was telling me and my buyer was buying for more than I was selling for . The deposit he took from her I knew nothing about but he’d written a letter to her saying as per agreed by the family and it certainly was not the case . This person needs stopping . I don’t know how many companies he’s had . Ignore the date in the review it wouldn’t let me change to the date of my experience

GoogleWe have had a great experience with Spencer’s . Our house was sold within 24 hours. Lorna in particular was absolutely amazing ,so supportive during a stressful time , very professional and was always on the phone to our solicitors trying to chase things up and done everything she could to try and make our move happen as quickly as possible. Also a thank you to James who stepped in and helped ring our solicitors when Lorna wasn’t available. Was also recommended Demi as a mortgage advisor and wouldn’t go to anyone else now, she was so lovely and efficient.

GoogleI don t normally right review s but felt I had to after my experience with Spencer’s in blaby Demi the mortgage broker went above and beyond to get us such a great deal every thing was done quickly and professionaly we were relaxed and not pressured into any thing we were updated all the way and she kept her eye on any changes on interest rates in case a better deal the other girls in there were so friendly made us feel so comfortable will be using again and the people we have recommended to are very happy with there service too
