Recently rented a property through Snellers, I needed a quick and easy move in, Snellers helped all the way and the communication was clear. Samantha knows her stuff! Had a small issue inside the property, but was rectified almost instantly by property management namely Isabella. I have used Snellers over the past 6 years for lettings and more recently for a sale. In my honest opinion I was extremely dissatisfied with the level of customer service I received in the lettings side. I felt the Tenants weren’t vetted properly nor suitable, there was no direct debit in place so no security from rent, I had to chase up myself whilst obviously paying a rental collection fee to Snellers, which seems ironic. The whole scenario caused undue stress and anxiety and my flat was left in a terrible condition, causing unnecessary financial losses and I felt very let down. I would be hesitant to recommend Snellers through lettings based on my experience. The sales team however who eventually sold the property, were on a much more professional level. Both Gary and Tom were great from start to finish, informative and helpful.The only point I would make is the ‘sales negotiator’ seemed to be three steps behind myself the solicitors and the sales team so felt it was slightly superfluous. The sales team did install some confidence back. .

Tilly at Snellers Hampton was extremely helpful during our property search. We had a bad experience with another property falling through at the last minute and we were working to a tight timescale to find somewhere else and get all the paperwork through. Tilly showed us around 2 great places, one of which we are now renting and very pleased with. She made the whole process really easy for us and gave us good advice throughout. Tilly was very proactive in contacting the landlady and following up on our referencing with lettings hub.
