I recently have sold and bought a property through the Hampton Hill Snellers office and cannot fault them on my experience. From start to finish they were prompt with updates, transparent with feedback and advice and extremely helpful with securing my onward purchase despite not even being on the market at the time. Ryan in particular was amazing throughout, but across the board, Jamie, Freddie and James were always helpful too! I'll definitely be using Snellers again.. if I ever want to move again that is!

(READ ALL)moved out of my rented property recently, following a break up. To make the situation worse Penney & Co made the situation of returning my over laid rent very difficult. I had to pass my bank details to them at least 4 times to 2 different people, and multiple emails chasing this up. On top of this they said if I wanted my money back the same day I would need to pay £30 or I'll have to wait 3 working days! Disgraceful!!! As I write this I am still waiting for my deposit to be returned. I have been waiting nearly 2 weeks with no information at all as to when it will be returned, many friends and family explain they have never waited this long. Rent with this estate agents if you dare, but if you do read the small print, I had to pay 1300 pounds to get out the contract even though they found someone to replace me. I've given one star because I had to otherwise would be ZERO********* Received a phone call today from a manager. He called regarding the review i made. He wanted a conversation as to the concerns that i had and after explaining he was very apologetic and said that he will be investigating it personally. Considering a lot of companies don't even acknowledge complaints i thought this was good practice and left me feeling reassured that this won't happen to anyone else.

The most unprofessional estate agent and even worse managing agent who happen to be sister companies. Completely dishonest on check in - the property was not professionally cleaned as told during the viewing. On check out - I had the property cleaned to a professional standard but the summary mysteriously disappeared from their office in order for them to charge me cleaning costs. I would not recommend dealing with this group of companies (Snellers and Thamesview managing agents) as they are unprofessional and dishonest.

I paid a deposit to hold a property that I was told worth £1450, I offered £1300 then they came back and asked for more and I agreed to paying £1350. I only had just over couple of weeks to confirm a place, I was then sent a contract. I read and signed it, was on my way to deliver the signed document when I received a call to say that the landlady forgot to mention to the landlord that I have a dog, they pulled out of the agreement. The main reason for me looking for a place with a garden and for agreeing to pay that kind of money was because I had a pet dog. Now they have advertised the property to rent for £1350 not the £1450 they initially said the property was on the market for. Then I was told my deposit money will be returned to me within 5 working days which I wasn't happy about. Now on the forth day they are saying it will take another 3 days for the refund to reach my account, because of them not confirming everything with landlord before producing a contract, I lost a place, my money is blocked when I need it the most. I have to pay more to secure a place with few days left and this company is holding my money up for no reason. I have no faith in this company as this matter wasn't dealt with by them professionally or ethically.
