There were a few hiccups when I moved in to the house however, although it was a weekend, Lisa was immediately available and came to the house to assist. I have found Lisa to be approachable, efficient, professional and helpful. I have recently moved to the UK and Lisa has gone beyond the call of duty providing advice and support. I can highly recommend Lisa who balances the interests of both landlord and tenant.

Occasionally we have properties in Kingston and I have always found Snellers and in particular Ed Boxall and Jack Golding to be incredibly hard working and able to meet my demands and those of my clients. GoogleI've been dealing with Lisa Henderson for the past year and a half and have to say that she's been a total breath of fresh air compared to the agents who have helped me in the past 3 years. She is prompt with all her e-mails regarding queries I might have and keeps me fully informed of everything I might need to know, as well as taking prompt action with anything that needs doing. As well as all this, she is friendly and charming!

GoogleWe moved into our dream house today despite some ups and downs as we were selling our flat at the same time to enable the purchase. Which is always fun!! Throughout it all Snellers were hands on, communicative and always seemed to be working in our best interests at the same time as their vendor’s. It felt like we always had some one offering support whether it was Ed leading the team or Jeremy getting everything over the line. But the person who impressed me the most - and who I would recommend asking for by name - is Taryn! From the first day we met her she was on it!! Helping us figure everything out, answering all of our questions with speed and patience and also connecting regularly with the vendors so we could get the answers we need. I was so impressed by her work ethic and her kindness to us at a really stressful time. Thank you!

The name of the agent who assist us is Kimberley - we don't have good enough words to describe her support in very stressful moment for us in the hunting for our new home. Ed has restored my belief in estate agents and was able to find us a buyer quickly at the asking price and to keep the sale moving through to completion. Ed delivered on his sales talk and everyone in the Kingston branch we came into contact with were helpful and friendly. This was a really, really good experience for us, and we would go straight to Snellers now on any future sale.

Always communicated throughout the viewing process and beyond. He delivered on what he set out to do. After a sale had been agreed, Jack Golding took over to see the sale through. GoogleWe rent a flat with Snellers agency almost a year ago and we are really happy with the way everything went with them, always a really helpful team Kimberley was our agent to show us flats and set up all documents, we already recommend them to a few our friends... a few days ago we had a problem with boiler and Managament team was really helpful for us too in this case was Matt Brooks who is always been keeping and eyes on us! GoogleWe have been renting the same property for 12 years. During this time we have created an amazing relationship with the landlord and agency. It really felt like to be a part of big family. All people from Kingston branch are hard working, friendly and always there for you. I can only say for all those years we haven't been just renting a flat but we had a home and it was a special one, thanks to the whole team from Snellers. GoogleWe rented a flat about a year ago with Snellers and I can confirm that it was and still is a very pleasant experience. They have a very professional team which solved any issues that we had for the last year efficiently. Recently having a small issue with an energy bill dated a year ago a had to contact Matt Brooks, property manager at Snellers and as always it was a great experience. Not only he offered me his full support, but also the issue was solved within a week. Thank you very much Matt!
