Cameron was absolutely amazing from the moment I booked the viewing in to the day I received the keys, and throughout the whole process always keeping me on the loop on where things were at any given time.

GoogleThe most professional letting agent I have rented through. I have a dedicated property manager who looks after any issues as a tenant, no matter how small, quickly and effeciently. I've just had a really top quality washer dryer installed - as soon as an issue came up with my existing 2 machines, my property manager Kirstie organised a replacement promptly and I'm really impressed with the quality and not just a 'run of the mill' replacement. I really recommend these guys.

GoogleI have been contacting Jackie since December 2019 to get a new fob for my buildings electric gate, constantly being told it has been order, it's on its way, until she stopped responding to my emails only to find from another member of their team, Georgina, that nothing has been ordered. After finally being given the item to order, it was the wrong one and wont work. I have now been calling every other day for the last 2 weeks, and have not called me back. I am now out £80 for the incorrect fobs and am still waiting a call back. Awful service.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleMy partner and I are moving to London for work, and wanted somewhere spacious but good value. We found it on the first go! We had a lovely estate agent Harley who showed us round the flat and helped us settle a great deal for letting. He was very responsive and friendly and always ready to answer any of our queries. On our first interview with Tilly it was evident we were dealing with the person we felt we could trust to secure our property, she was able to tell us all the information we required and supported us with every step and we felt she was upfront, Tilly was encouraging and supportive.
