We liaised with Dyaun who was an absolute star and driving force in ensuring our first purchase went ahead smoothly and quickly. His quick responses and unrelenting chasing of the solicitors was invaluable near the end of the purchase. And at the beginning he was friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable about the property and area which we very much appreciated.The one thing that could have taken the service to another level would have been some advice on the logistics of the move as we were new buyers!Thanks Dyaun!

Matthew at Teddington Snellers has been fantastic throughout our search for a property and even personally delivered Car Parking Permits when I was in need. He has been willing to answer my questions and guide me through the process as a first time tenant. GoogleChhaya provided a Capital Gains Tax valuation for our commercial/residential property. Despite all the challenges of researching 1982 valuations during the Covid lockdown Chhaya was very persistent and managed to visit the British Library to obtain historical prices and provide a comprehensive report that met our needs. A thorough undertaking of Dilapidations resulted in thousands of pounds of work that the Lease required by outgoing Tenants. Constant communication coupled with refreshingly energetic ‘can do’ attitude made it a pleasure to deal with Snellers .

Our agent there is Georgina Milne, who is very responsive, always available and knowledgeable. With her guidance, and that of her colleagues in the company, our residents association is well served and our interests are protected. Tom Warrington stands out for fantastic support, professional service, taking time to understand us and our needs - and also our changes too. He's got a rare, fantastic, personal and "unique touch". We're "driving hard" through our process, and Tom and his team are driving hard with us - it is truly fantastic to have this experience now.
