This was a bad experience all round. Felt dismissed and ignored once our tenancy ended and a constant search to glean unwarranted funds from my bank account started. The office seemed full of very driven impersonal young people who treated us like cattle.I await my deposit with interest.

Avoid buying any property with this agent

Avoid buying any property with this agent. I withdrew my offer due to their unprofessional and untrustworthy behaviors. Despite the fact that the seller accepted my offer, and that my mortgage was ready, Snellers (St Margarets) kept the property open for new viewings without exposing that it's under offer. I learned about the situation, having shared my friend's contact info with them. They recommended the very same house to my friend, unintelligently forgetting about the definition of friendship.
