GoogleAfter buying our first home with Snellers 8 years ago and having such a positive experience and subsequent experiences with other agents in between that were not so positive, our first choice this time was always going to be Snellers when it came to selling it. It was a bonus that Snellers happened to be the agent with the house we have now had an offer accepted on. They have been helpful and professional throughout. Always available to deal with queries, explaining in enough detail and remained transparent during the whole process. We have mainly been dealing with Ross, Taylor and Antony who have been great, however the team as a whole have made our experience as trouble free as it could be in a challenging market. I would thoroughly recommend Snellers.

Snellers Teddington have been excellent all throughout our tenancy. We have dealt with numerous agents at Snellers, including Josh, Bethany, Amy and Ayca, and each and every time we have had excellent service from them.Our main contact throughout our tenancy was with Josh Moody who managed any property issues that arose with efficiency and always kept in touch throughout the works that were taking place until they had been done to everyone's satisfaction.I highly recommend Snellers Teddington for their professionalism and personable attitude, and for all the support they have provided, starting from our time searching for a rental property through to the final few weeks of our tenancy. Sophie and Bethany have been a brilliant support to my husband and I whilst in a 7 year let in a property they manage.Initially we were given a designated agent to contact and that seemed to change all the time. But in recent years Sophie and Bethany have been managing the lets and things have greatly improved, due to that consistency of care. Sophie in particular has been great - she knows us now and the quirks of the Victorian property itself and the ins-&-outs such a period property can have. Sophie has never left us in limbo and has always moved on things quickly and helped our landlady keep this Victorian lady still standing & comfortable.As lifelong renters we have experienced many ups and downs with agencies, but Snellers has by far and away been the best we’ve had. If we weren’t moving out of the area, we would have looked to move into another of their managed properties going forward, as a result of the service and support we’ve received as renters. Consistency and good support are rare in letting agencies, but Sophie & Bethany & their team have managed it consistently for us in our time as their tenants.

For well over a year now Sophie Sheppard has been my property manager, managing one of my condos in Hampton. Recently, i decided to put the property on the market, which at the time i did not realize the issues that would surface regarding my long-term tenant and the following sale. I have to say i am truly blessed to have had Sophie in my camp. She has been a very proactive property manager that makes sure nothing slips through the cracks on both the owner and tenants' side, from rent issues, property maintenance issues to basic well being of the tenant. I travel a lot for work, so i can be assured that when Sophie emails me, it's about something i need to deal with. Sophie's emails do not just dump the problem in my lap to sort out, she provides probable solutions and ways forward to solve whatever issue is at hand.More recently as previously intimated, Sophie was a godsend, with respect to relocating my tenant (including court proceedings) and finalizing the condo for handover to the new buyer.I have never physically met Sophie, but dealing with her has been an actual pleasure. She is always polite, attentive and knows her stuff. A real pleasure to have her in my team, so to speak!There is not a lot more that i can add here except - Thank you Sophie, for everything - your advice, your actions and making me feel that my property is / was in very good hands.

GoogleA legalised mafia, very poor service, very expensive fees, imposing expensive maintenance works which were not required. Super-expensive subcontractors, e.g gardener and cleaners. Very poor response to email or phone calls.

GoogleI rented a place through snellers and the person who we contacted for information, for complaints or anything was Amira Valentine-George. She took good care of us (me and my flatmates), responding to emails fast, was efficient, and tried to set up dates for plumbers to visit us as fast as possible to fix our problems. Although plumbers took sometime to visit, it could’ve been cause of earlier booking, she tried though. I think she is a decent agent and I do recommend her.

GoogleI cannot recommend or thank our property manager Jeanette enough- she has given us outstanding support, demonstrated an abundance of professionalism, responsiveness, and a genuine commitment to helping us navigate through the difficult situation when our flat was flooded by a burst pipe 9 months ago. Her willingness to promptly address our concerns and provide clear guidance made a world of difference in alleviating our anxiety. We felt reassured knowing that she was there to assist us every step of the way.
