GoogleNew: I used Snellers for the second time. My agent was Matthew this time round and I couldn't be more satisfied. My move between the two properties (inlcuding finding the property and documentation) was so easy and fast I did not feel any stress. Matt is a professional and works really hard to make sure that both tenant and landlords are satisfied with the outcome of the agreement. Everything got sorted in less than a week and now the only bit left to do is actually move in my new proprety. Thank you for making this easy and approaching your job with great care and passion. Old: My agent was Lilli and she helped me find my new flat. She was very responsive, professional, helpful, friendly and everything went very fast and smooth. I've been in the flat for two months now and I can't complain. The properties offered by the agency are good quality and on reasonable prices. You get help from everyone and you get offered a lot of places before you sign so that you can find what you are looking for in your price range. GoogleMyself and 3 friends were looking to rent a flat in London. Personally this is the first time I have rented. We went into the Sneller branch and spoke to Thomas about the flat we were intrested in and told him we were keen to get going. We have been in the flat now for a few months and are very happy. As a first time renter myself, Tom really helped me step by step through the process and informed me of anything I needed to know. From start to finish he was brilliant and if anybody is keen on properties in Kingston. I can highly recommend Snellers

GoogleThomas and Matthew helped us to find and secure in a very efficient and quick way our new home, so we’re looking forward to moving in. We were receiving professional and considerate service, very prompt responses and support throughout the process. Can’t really find any fault to complain. After unexpected changes we were placed in a position of moving out and looking for a new place to live. After several viewings we almost lost our hope to find a place we really like. Unfortunately our current agency didn’t even offer any help to us even after being with them for years.

GoogleAlex Robins from Snellers has been a great agent. He helped me adjust my original offer on a rental property, which gave me the best chance at being the chosen tenant, and it worked! I doubt I would have been accepted otherwise. When I couldn't provide prefered documentation for the application process, he helped me through alternative routes to getting my tennancy application through. This was always timely and relieved the stress. I would definitely recomend Alex and the Snellers team at Kingston.

GoogleAlex was very lovely throughout our increasingly stressful and panicked housing search. I'm sure you know how difficult the London housing market is to navigate, especially as young professionals. But I'm very grateful to Alex that he called us back about a property where the landlord had accepted another offer that ended up falling through. As a result of him thinking of us, we were able to sign the tenancy on a property we were so heartbroken to have had to move on from, and got everything sorted super quick with just two weeks left on our current tenancy! It was very much crunch time and Alex delivered. Thank you for our new home.

GoogleExcellent experience using Snellers Kingston as our letting agent. We are moving abroad in July and appointed Snellers (Rob as agent, and Bethany as property manager) to manage the process. They found tenants extremely quickly (didn't even need to market broadly) and have been on the ball ahead of getting our tenants in with the necessary checks and tests etc. Very responsive team and a pleasure to work with.
