Snellers Teddington

I used Snellers Teddington 3 years ago to find a corporate tenant. The whole process was handled efficiently and I saw no reason to change agency when I was looking for a replacement tenant. The team had changed since 3 years ago and although it did not start too well, the team has come in trumps since. Josh is now my main contact. I find him friendly and responsive. Some remedial work was required between the tenancy and Josh was quick to set things in motion with the contractors with a very short turnaround. I should also mention Ayca who was involved in the process. Snellers Teddington strikes me as a good team of property professionals and I would have no hesitation in recommending the agency to potential clients.

The problem was a leak in the bathroom of a flat on the first floor leading to the light in the bathroom in the flat below failing. Sophie Shepherd both dealt with the leak very promptly even though it was Christmas Eve. Sophie got landlord permission to take up tiles, arranged for a plumber to repair the leak and then arranged for an electrician to replace the bathroom light in the flat below. All of this was done whilst keeping me well informed of progress. This was essential as I have LPA for the owner and resident of the ground floor flat and who is a vulnerable adult.
