He has helped us with all of the probably silly little questions and requests we've had along the way with getting ready to move into our new home, and always made us feel reassured and understood. He's got a very personable manner which makes all the difference - we've had some not so nice experiences in the past with other estate agent companies and agents so it has been a relief to deal with someone as lovely as Oscar during the quite hectic, stressful process of moving! Also an honourable mention to Ashleigh who was helping us until she moved to a different branch - she was also very helpful, friendly, and put as at ease.

GoogleI was in London for 5 days and spoke with about 10 agencies, this agency is the best. Ross is awesome about to showing properties and answering questions, he spent about 2 hours on me. And Ruby who assisted me on the phone with making offer did everything for smooth, fast, communicated and updated me on time. I am super happy about the people there. Update: The process of buying property finished in 2 months. Ross was superhellpfull and controlled all the process until completion (I had fixed date to move in). Super happy with agency, people, processes, if I want to sell my property in 5 years, will go to them definitely.
