Although we did not end up purchasing a property through Snellers, Ross was incredibly helpful and kind when we were considering our options between a property he had and the one we ended up purchasing. He was patient, helpful and informative about the buying process and even helped with contact details for a removals company. When I come to buy a house again I will definitely feel confident if my agent ends up being Ross

GoogleI had a very positive experience renting through Snellers. Communication was always smooth and efficient, I could easily get in touch by phone whenever needed, and any issues were handled quickly. Amira, my property manager, was especially helpful and professional throughout my tenancy. I really appreciated the level of care and responsibility shown, and I’d be happy to rent through Snellers again in the future.

Peter was always helpful, honest and responsive, providing us with all the necessary information and accommodating additional viewings whenever we needed to make a decision.

GoogleWe would not recommend Snellers to anyone looking to sell their property. Having instructed them on our property in Hampton, we found them to be lacking in customer service, with myself and my husband having to continuously chase for updates. They booked viewings without asking for our availability and approval, and when flagging this to them, we were ignored and treated with contempt, particularly by Ruby. They are the worst estate agents we have dealt with. They gave us very little confidence in the process, and it felt like a transactional experience, where all they cared about was meeting viewing targets. We asked for our house to be unlisted, yet upon driving by their office at least one month afterwards, our property was still being actively marketed in their window. Please avoid.

GoogleThe first time we met Antony, even before becoming Snellers clients, he gave us wealth of advice on the actions that would improve the appeal of our property to potential buyers. He made such a positive impression, so unlike all the previous agents we met. We trusted Snellers after very negative experience with another agency, and they did great job in selling our property to a good buyer who agreed to wait for a chain purchase. Always available on a phone on in the office, Andrew, Ross, Antony were happy to listen for our concerns and offer a solution to any obstacle coming on our way to find a new home to move in. We are grateful for their support all the way through our long journey, and for making our move happen in time!

GoogleFinding a property to rent through Snellers has been a positive experience. Matthew Ross especially has been extremely helpful through the whole process. He was very patient in answering all the questions I had and was always very quick at replying whenever I had a query. It was also very reassuring that he would constantly update me on the process and how it was going. His service was way above my expectations. I honestly do recommend Snellers Kingston as they are a great team. Very professional and supportive!

We could not be more happy with all of her hard work and kindness throughout this process. She helped us find and buy our dream home. She was always friendly, professional, gave great advice, she offered help, she was patient and calm, and she was caring!
