Chrisie and Charlie have been so supportive and accommodating through my process of renting a property. I would highly recommend Sneller's. Having recently sold a property through another agency and then dealt with about eight other agents in our search for purchasing a property all I can say is that Snellers was the most helpful and professional of them all. Cameron was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and patient with all the many requests that were made. Although it was a long and protracted negotiation he dealt with everything very professionally and was proactive in dealing with both ourselves, the vendor and solicitors. Very impressed with Cam but also the other members of the team who I spoke to from time to time.

I cannot recommend too highly Snellers Commercial and particularly their Senior Agency Surveyor, Sharon Bastion. Having recently needed a new tenant at fairly short notice- and obviously concerned because of the present economic situation - Sharon was able to quickly find a tenant completely due to her sheer professionalism. What a ridiculous, pushy female agent I had to deal with. She kept recommending properties we don’t need, and clearly not suitable for us, I blocked the agency’s number, she emailed me afterwards so I explained again we no longer wanna be contacted, but obviously she passed us to another agent who called us from another number. Doing an awful job guys. Christie Taylor, get some training. Sorry for being rude but what a ridiculous experience.

Snellers manages the property that I intended to purchase. I was asked to complete a pet consent form for a fee of 144 GBP. Multiple emails to Pryce at Sellers did not receive a response. Finally, contrary to the terms of the leasehold, I was told no dogs allowed. I asked for a refund of the fee since there was no reason so submit a pet consent form for a dog since dogs were prohibited anyway. No response on refund.

Our agent, Georgina, has done an amazing job helping us as a new RTM company. She has organized many bids for a major roof replacement, and also was invaluable as a guide to all the pitfalls of undertaking such work. She is very overloaded with clients at Snellers (so this review is for her, not Snellers in general), yet she manages to organise our AGMs, difficult building management issues, and all the work that needs to be done after a long period of neglect by our freeholders. Georgina has also helped us manage one of the residents who was in major arrears, and helped us move through both legal and mediation efforts successfully. As a director of the building, I don't know how we could manage without Georgina, and I hope she never retires!
