From the first contact with Mark Smith, who went above and beyond at every step of the rental process to Nikki Bennett and Steffi Hughes who were also available to offer advice, answer questions, and provide updates. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The whole team’s professionalism, knowledge, and approachable nature made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Ou experience with this estate agent was exceptional and significantly superior to others. Craig came to our first meeting very well prepared, He had researched the area and the selling details of current and recent similar properties. He suggested a significantly higher selling price that two other local agents. We had almost twenty viewings in the next week. All managed by S&Fs, we accepted an offer that was more than ten percent higher than the other agents suggested. They were efficient, helpful and professional throughout. I highly recommend
