GoogleI had an issue where they randomly cancelled my viewing, causing much inconvenience, but thankfully I was given a full apology, reimbursed the transport costs, and given a full video tour of the property I wanted to view. They're decent people and have done well to make up for the mistake.

GoogleWe have recently sold our house via the Ingleby Branch and to a man I cannot fault anybody in the office. Andrea and Manj mainly handled the viewings and sales progression but everyone was so patient and gave great advice whenever I needed it. As the house was empty we left everything to them including the viewings which made the whole process simple and stress free. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Smith & Friends to anyone who is looking for an agent to sell their house. Top class, friendly and knowledgeable service from a very experienced estate agency.
