GoogleAfter being left feeling really disheartened about selling my home following my experience with another estate agent, I was immediately put at ease when Craig came round to discuss a plan for moving forward. From start to finish, the transparency and communication from the whole team were fantastic. Everyone I dealt with was incredibly friendly, polite and helpful, and I always felt listened to whenever I had a question or needed some advice about my sale. That level of communication was so refreshing and made what can be a very stressful process feel much easier. I was particularly impressed with Joanne and the team for how quickly they provided feedback following every viewing. I think this is one of the most frustrating parts of selling a house, so having prompt and useful feedback each time made such a difference, thank you! Megan and Steph were also brilliant throughout the progression of my sale. They kept me updated at every stage, were always approachable when I had questions, and provided so much guidance and support along the way. I really appreciated how friendly and reassuring they both were throughout what could otherwise have been a very stressful part of the process. I’m so pleased that I chose Smith & Friends to sell my home. The whole team genuinely went above and beyond to make my experience a positive one, and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. GoogleWe honestly couldn’t recommend Smith & Friends highly enough. They were fantastic from start to finish throughout our house-buying journey and were always happy to answer our questions, and as first-time buyers, we had a lot. They arranged a last-minute viewing for us 15 minutes before closing on the same day we enquired, and that ended up being the house we bought. Having such a friendly and approachable team on the other end of the phone made the whole process so much less stressful. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and we genuinely couldn’t fault the service we received. Thank you for helping us find our first home!

GoogleBlocked my driveway , politely asked to move but ignored me to go inside a clients house for hours , couldn't get my car on the drive and there is no where else to park.
***UPDATE*** From your photo I have identified the driver and spoken to him. He said he spoke a person at a neighbouring property as Mark explained he would be there for no more than 10 minutes to scan the outside of the property with the virtual tour camera. He never entered the property so your review is factually incorrect. We also have a tracker record on the vehicle and will be able to show you the time it was parked there. Communication (most important in my experience) was spot on, always kept up to date and in the latter stages of the sale absolutely everything was relayed with speed and accuracy. GoogleI had an issue where they randomly cancelled my viewing, causing much inconvenience, but thankfully I was given a full apology, reimbursed the transport costs, and given a full video tour of the property I wanted to view. They're decent people and have done well to make up for the mistake.
