**UPDATE 30 April 2026** Hi Tommy, the gas engineer advises me that the boiler has been fixed and the vendor will be paying the invoice. We apologise for any inconvenience but as mentioned previously we are not gas engineers and there wouldn't be in a position to sign it off as your review states. With very best wishes.
