GoogleWe honestly couldn’t recommend Smith & Friends highly enough. They were fantastic from start to finish throughout our house-buying journey and were always happy to answer our questions, and as first-time buyers, we had a lot. They arranged a last-minute viewing for us 15 minutes before closing on the same day we enquired, and that ended up being the house we bought. Having such a friendly and approachable team on the other end of the phone made the whole process so much less stressful. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and we genuinely couldn’t fault the service we received. Thank you for helping us find our first home!

We had an amazing experience buying our first home with Smith & friends. They were always friendly and happy to help. Really went out of their way to help whenever they could even arranging us a same day viewing 15 minutes before they closed. This ended up being the house we bought! We could not thank them enough for the help and we have already recommended them to anyone we know who is wanting to sell/ purchase a house.

The staff from start to finish were always there to help with any questions about selling/buying, my experience was with both as sold and bought off them, they were always polite/friendly and got back to you ASAP with any questions/information required, the only one thing that I didn't really like, was I felt as though I was pushed into movie butler and it wasn't really explained at what they do? Or why you even need them? To me they are not necessary, but not a negative it's just something personally I didn't really like, overhaul a very good experience with both the Ingleby/Stockton staff, thank you to you all for sorting everything out to sell/buying a property.

I had dealt with the Darlington office as a Landlord. The service was excellent from all staff. Everyone was so helpful. However, I have to make special mention of Lee who always went above and beyond in helping to resolve problems with tenants, or by providing additional administrative services for my property.
