Hi DavidThank you for your review. I am concerned to read your comments as that’s not the standard I would expect and I will look into your file tomorrow and contact you. Looking at the file notes there are plenty of conversations and emails that happened. Kind regards Mark SmithManaging Director

TrustpilotGreat Communication
Robinson’s were our first experience with estate agents and they made it such a positive one. Great communication throughout, from viewing properties, to listing and selling ours. Nicola was very helpful, easy to get hold of and generally made the process feel less daunting. Will definitely use Robinson’s again.

TrustpilotExcellent!
Nothing was too much trouble and all the team, especially Joy, were incredibly helpful from start to finish. I had my eye on a property for a long time and they kept me in the loop until I was able to make an offer and ultimately purchase my dream home. Communication from Joy was excellent and extremely efficient. She made the whole moving process easy when we all know how stressful it can be. Thank you so much

TrustpilotOutstanding customer service experience - thank you Darlington team!
The Darlington office have been superb with my recent purchase. They exceeded my expectations. Joy kept me fully informed throughout the process - she is very professional, reliable and I appreciate she was available to communicate with. These days so much is via email and it’s nice to be able to speak rather rely on email only. Joy was proactive with my requests and actually a step ahead on many occasions! Joy is a real asset to the Darlington sales progression team and I would be most happy to be assisted by Joy and Robinson’s again. Many thank yous!
Thank you for your review of our Darlington team and Joy, it is greatly appreciated by the whole team.Kind regardsMark SmithManaging Director
