Right from the moment I first approached Robinson’s regarding property rentals they were very upfront, honest and very much on point about the type of property and type of area I wanted to live in. They then proceeded to find me a lovely home to settle in for the time I was there snd any problem that I advised to them, they immediately took it onboard and arranged for it to be dealt with - wonderful service from start to finish snd I would definitely recommend their services to others (as I have done) and give them 10 out of 10 for service and understanding of clients needs.

We sold and bought with the Marton branch of Robinson’s, the service we received was exceptional. Communication was fantastic, We were kept fully informed the whole way, no need for relentless chasing for updates. When our buyer lost their mortgage Robinson’s helped him find another so we didn’t lose the sale or the house we were buying. It’s like you are getting a really personal service, they are so supportive, they genuinely care. If we were to ever sell again I wouldn’t go anywhere else. (Many thanks Steffi and Elaine)

Communication not very good. We were left to chase up a lot of things. Each time we called we were not given useful information. No effort to ensure that the seller adheres to the agreed completion time. Poor communication overall. We had to threaten to cancel the agreement unless we were listened to , only then did our sale go through. Customer care training is required to deal with all communities. A lot of bias in the whole office and prejudice. On the day we collected the keys , key staff were cold except for one reception staff that smiled when we went in. Very poor experience and poor service.

They came and gave me a valuation, I did get other valuations but some were a bit low, we got the photos taken and it went on the market, had my 1st viewing 2 days later and it sold for full asking price. The commission they charged was a lot less than so.e of the other Agents
