We had a great experience with Robisons of Darlington sold our house within a week.Ufortuantly we had a multiple difficult situations with the buyer not any fault of robinsons but was handled really well and eventually had the outcome we wanted. There was a good number of prospective buyers. Staff arranging viewings were efficient but also had time to chat. Staff liaison with my legal firm was good. I should have been notified that the EPC was out of date and that it was not their responsibility to do this.

Quick sale above asking price. Andrea and the teams at Ingleby Barwick and Stockton went out if their way to make the process a very smooth one. Sale of parents old property for my mother in law. Arranged to collect paperwork and keys from her home to place on market and after quick sale also arranged to collect keys and assist in meter readings for completion. Good communication throughout.
