TrustpilotExpert Professional and Friendly service !!
Right from my first visit to my local office (Ingleby Barwick) the staff at Smith and Friends were very welcoming and extremely helpful. My main contacts there are Mark, Chloe and Manj, and they have all exceeded my expectations on the many visits I've made there. This is even more meaningful when the house I was intending to buy (through their Marton office) fell through. Having not moved for the last sixteen years, they have guided me through the process of buying and selling houses (and even renting) with their expert knowledge (despite my barrage of questions!!) It's 'full marks' for an excellent professional and friendly service - I'd recommend Smith and Friends to anyone buying or selling ...Ken Day

TrustpilotExcellent service and support
Excellent support and service from Smith and Friends in the sale of our house. From honouring a previous quote to fantastic support in the final weeks to completion - the team at the Ingleby Barwick branch have been so efficient, professional, kind and informative. Great marketing, sound advice and support in securing solicitors, they have held our hand through the whole process, making something that can be stressful, easy. A special thank you to Andrea, who always returned my calls, was understanding, empathic and for whom no question was too silly! Highly recommended local firm who know the market.
Thank you Catherine for your wonderful 5 star review of our Ingleby Barwick office. We greatly appreciate you taking the time to write such a great review. Andrea will be delighted too and is highly valued by us.Kind regardsMark SmithManaging Director
