Middlesbrough OfficeHaving been with the Middlesbrough Team for in excess of 15 years, I've always found them very helpful. I've had a few issues and occasionally a tenant hasn't worked out but appropriate action was taken, where necessary and everything resolved. I've worked mainly with Nikki for a number of years now and she has always been extremely professional, giving good guidance when needed and I would, and have, recommended them to other people.

Hartlepool office. Thank you for holding the keys for us.As a letting agent, good for tenants, our experience, regardless of how the property is left, dirty, damaged and unfit to live in, tenant will always get their bond back. Landlords take note, you will have no recourse to get any bond back for anything. The contract between tenant and landlord, is not worth the paper it's written on.
