TrustpilotGreat Estate Agent
I have dealt with lots of estate agents over the years but smith and friends are brilliant. Mark Hodgson and his team go above and beyond to help in anyway that they can. It feels like they genuinely care which is rare in the property world these days. If you are considering selling your home, give these guys a call as you will not be disappointed!

Hartlepool branch used. Very responsive to any queries. Not the most straight forward of chains but the sales negotiation team were fabulous at contacting other agents and getting updates and getting things moving! Thank you so much for all your help and support!

TrustpilotIn a league of their own
Can't praise the Hartlepool branch enough, this is the second time I've used their services in as many years. All of the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. Unlike many other agents, I never had to chase them for updates and was always kept informed.Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them over anyone else.

Excellent service from Smith and Friends. Have recently purchased a property through them and also sold one after that. Special thanks to Joy who is incredible at her role, continually chasing other agents and solicitors to finally get my sale over the line. Excellent service, and very experienced staff. Joy in particular. Thankyou!

GoogleHaving used Smith and Friends in Darlington a number of times I would highly recommend them. We particularly liked their style of marketing and their adverts on Rightmove definitely stand out from the crowd. The photographs are of a very high standard and information is presented in a clear and concise fashion. The sales team were very proactive in order to achieve a sale and kept us informed at all times. The excellent service continued with Joy in sales progression. She communicated with us regularly and was very attentive to ensure our sale went through. The whole team went above and beyond therefore I would definitely recommend them.

GoogleFrom the valuation by Louis through to the sale they have been brilliant. The sales team kept us informed all the way. We were offered the asking price by the first viewer. Another firm gave us a valuation £16000.00 less than Louis !! So glad we found Smith and Friends, we would highly recommend them to anyone.
