TrustpilotTop class Estate Agent
We have recently sold our house via the Ingleby Branch and to a man I cannot fault anybody in the office. Andrea and Manj mainly handled the viewings and sales progression but everyone was so patient and gave great advice whenever I needed it. As the house was empty we left everything to them including the viewings which made the whole process simple and stress free. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Smith & Friends to anyone who is looking for an agent to sell their house. Top class, friendly and knowledgeable service from a very experienced estate agency. Thanks again! NT
Thank you Neil for your fantastic review of our Ingleby Barwick team. We greatly appreciate your kind words.Best WishesMark SmithManaging Director

GoogleI recently had the pleasure of meeting with Craig from Smith and Friends Estate Agents Hartlepool for a valuation of our home. From the outset, Craig was incredibly impressive. His in-depth knowledge of the local market, combined with his understanding of current housing trends, immediately put us at ease. Craig's friendly and open approach made the entire experience enjoyable and informative. He was honest and clear about every aspect of the process, which reinforced our decision that Smith and Friends was the right choice for us. Craig’s professionalism and expertise make him, and by extension, Smith and Friends, feel like a “best in class” estate agency. We're genuinely excited to move forward with them for the sale of our home and can’t wait to see how things progress over the next few weeks. So far, we couldn't be happier with our choice!
Thank you Billy, your review is greatly appreciated. Best Wishes Mark Smith Managing Director
